Ithaca Concept

During my time after graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology, I had spent some time working with the Ithaca Visitor's Center. They were in the midst of a total rebrand and hired a local designer, the completely talented Brian Dudla, to do their branding and website. 

At this time, I hadn't had much experience in branding and creating an Identity but I wanted to come up with a concept on how I make create a website, so I drafted this idea.

I wanted to play on the idea of their being vibrant colors, and using the greenery for the background that embraces Ithaca so well!
